社会大众心肺复苏/自动体外除颤器 - 公众课程（4小时）

工作场所急救 – 中级（16小时）- 符合CSA Z1210-17标准
成功完成本次为期十六（16）小时的中级急救面授培训后，学员将获得有效证书，符合CSA Z1210-17标准中规定的「中级急救培训」要求。
幼儿教育急救员 - 适用于幼儿教育（8小时）

Dominican Republic requires employers to form emergency brigades (first aid, firefighting, evacuation), especially where a workplace has more than 15 workers, with numbers scaled to headcount and risk rather than a fixed ratio; Resolution No. 09-26 (2026) adds at least one trained first-aid responsible person per 50 employees per shift, refreshed at minimum every two years.
Childcare in the Dominican Republic runs under INAIPI's Integral Early Childhood Care model (CAIPI/CAFI centers) within the CONANI framework, with staff trained and certified in pediatric first aid by the Dominican Red Cross; each center must have at least one certified Health Agent present during operating hours.
The Dominican Republic has no general duty to rescue: neither the 1884 Criminal Code (in force until August 2026) nor the new Criminal Code (Law No. 74-25, enacted 2025) creates a general obligation to aid a stranger, with liability for omission arising only from a position of guarantor.
In the Dominican Republic, nursing practice requires the Ministry of Public Health exequatur and registration with CODOPENF under Law 43-18, which conditions licence recertification on submitting an up-to-date certificate of attendance at continuing-education programmes; recognized CPR/BLS courses can count toward that requirement.
Homes and centres for older adults in the Dominican Republic must have care staff able to provide first aid and CPR until medical help arrives; as elderly caregiving is an unregulated occupation, employers and agencies in practice require a standalone, up-to-date certificate in addition to INFOTEP occupational training.
Family fostering in the Dominican Republic is coordinated by CONANI under the Codigo para el Sistema de Proteccion (Ley 136-03); no rule expressly requires a first-aid certificate, but holding current first-aid and CPR training is commonly expected for safe care, in addition to the suitability assessment.
Online CPR and first-aid training is recognized in the Dominican Republic — there is no explicit ban on online first-aid training for the workplace, since the regulation requires trained brigades without prescribing the format — and the certification is valid for 3 years.
